Appointment Reservations
For best availability of appointments, please make reservations in advance. Appointments can be made by calling, clicking on-line or stopping by. For cosmetic tattoo services, a valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Check-In
For medical consultations, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete registration forms.
Cancellation
We request 24 hour advance notice to cancel or change a scheduled appointment. Appointments held with a credit card that are missed or cancelled within the 24 hour time period will be charged the deposit fee.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase by calling, clicking on-line or stopping by. All gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
