An injection technique is used to "plump up" deep wrinkles, taking 10-15 years off of your look. It is also used to add volume to the lips to create fullness. A topical anesthetic is used to decrease the pain in most treatment areas. A dental block is recommended for lip enhancement procedures. The procedure is minimally invasive and the results are immediate. Typically, there are 2-3 days of redness and swelling. The results last 5-6 months in the lips, but may last 12 months or longer in other areas of the face.
